Product Description

Ethylene bis stearamide (EBS) is a waxy white solid and is also found as powder or beads that is widely used as a form release agent. They help improve the flow and leveling properties of the coating during the curing process, resulting in a smooth and uniform finish on the coated substrate. In some cases, EBS beads can also contribute to the matting effect in powder coatings, providing a desired level of surface texture or dullness to the final coated surface. Ethylene bis stearamide beads can function as an anti-blocking agent, preventing the powder coating from sticking together or to the processing equipment during storage and handling, thus maintaining the free-flowing nature of the powder.
