Selection of lubricant in PVC rigid pipe
The selection and use of lubricant in PVC rigid pipes are very important. Both internal lubrication must be considered to reduce the intermolecular forces, so that the viscosity of the melt decreases to facilitate molding. Also consider external lubrication to prevent the melt from sticking to the hot metal and make the surface of the product bright.
The Internal lubricant generally use metal soaps, and the external lubricant generally use polyethylene wax. Use polyethylene wax S110 with concentrated molecular weight distribution to avoid precipitation.
