Product Advantage

Good wetting performance, faster melting speed, slightly better dispersion performance than 2200 products; Good whiteness, high melt transparency, good thermal stability in the later stage, good lubrication and dispersion balance, and moderate flow performance; It also has friction resistance and anti-static properties, meeting FDA requirements.

As an internal lubricant: Due to the presence of polar amide groups in EBS molecules, it has processing lubrication and low-temperature anti sticking effects on polymer resins. EBS can be inserted into the interior of polymer resins, reducing the interaction between resin molecules.

As an external lubricant: EBS has limited compatibility with resin and can be pulled from the inside of the resin to the surface, reducing the friction between resin particles and between resin melt and processing equipment, preventing it from adhering to metal surfaces and providing external lubrication.

EBS is used as a lubricant and film remover in plastic processing, which can improve the quality and appearance of plastic products.

Application

Phenolic resin, rubber, asphalt, powder coating, pigment, ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, fiber (ABS, nylon), engineering plastic modification, coloring, glass fiber reinforcement, flame retardant toughening, etc.

Adding amount and how to use

1.According to different application systems, this product is recommended to add 1-3%;

2.It can usually be added directly, pre-dispersed by high-speed mixing and stirring, and the appropriate temperature and time can be controlled to obtain the best pre- dispersion effect;

3.The paint or ink is processed by the method of dispersion or grinding, using a grinder or high-shear dispersing equipment, selecting appropriate process conditions, making wax powder into a wax slurry with a content of 20-30%, and then adding it in the required proportion;

Product Packaging

This product is white powder appearance and conforms to the standard. It is packed in 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags or woven bags. It is transported in the form of pallets. Each pallet has 40 bags and a net weight of 1000 kg, Extended packaging on the outside.
