Polyethylene wax can be used in the rubber product industry to suppress the elasticity, hardness, and tensile strength of rubber products, inhibit the adhesion of rubber products, increase the oil and heat resistance of rubber products, and improve the aging resistance of rubber products.

The role of polyethylene wax in rubber is still very obvious. Adding polyethylene wax can increase the dispersion of fillers, improve kneading molding rate, and increase mold flow rate, making demolding convenient and improving the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after demolding.

The main role of polyethylene wax in rubber is:

1. Lubrication dispersion: Generally, when mixing rubber or silicone, some filling is added, and adding polyethylene wax can have a certain lubrication effect;

2. Make the rubber material easier to mix evenly: Polyethylene wax enters between rubber molecular chains, expanding the distance between rubber molecular chains, while reducing the carrying of molecular coordination agents such as rubber molecular chains, making other coordination agents more easily dispersed.

3. Plasticizing and improving processing performance: Polyethylene wax has a much lower molecular weight than rubber, and its molecular weight can easily enter between rubber molecular weights, making rubber molecular weight easier to slide.
