1. The coupling agent 

Appearance in powder form

The coupling agent has high activity, odorless, and low smoke emission. A very small amount of addition can achieve good dispersion effect. In plastics, chemicals that can enhance the interfacial adhesion between resins and reinforcing materials; A substance that promotes or establishes strong bonding at the interface between the resin matrix and the reinforcing material; Coupling agents can be applied to reinforcing materials, added to resins, or combined with both.

2. polyethylene wax

Appearance in powder, flake and beads form

Pe wax has properties such as low viscosity, high softening point, good hardness, non-toxic, good thermal stability, low high-temperature volatility, and dispersibility to pigments. It has excellent external lubrication and strong internal lubrication, which can improve the production efficiency of plastic processing. It has good moisture resistance at room temperature, strong chemical resistance, and excellent electrical properties, which can improve the appearance of the finished product.

3. polypropylene wax

Polypropylene wax is made by processing polypropylene. In terms of performance, polypropylene wax has a higher melting point, better dispersion and lubrication effect, better glossiness, and lower melting viscosity than polyethylene wax. It is a substitute for imported polyolefin processing aids. Polypropylene wax is widely used in industries such as rubber, masterbatch, and PVC, with high melting point, good lubricity, and dispersibility.

4. Ethylene Bis stearamide (EBS)

Appearance in powder or granular form

As a lubricant, ethylene bis stearamide has excellent internal and external lubrication effects, and has good synergistic effects with other lubricants such as fatty acid esters, calcium stearate, and paraffin. It has excellent dispersibility and lubricity in color masterbatch and masterbatch, high temperature resistance, and high melting point.

5. Stearic acid

Appearance in powder or granular form

Stearic acid can effectively improve the activation effect of inorganic powder coating and increase the fluidity of the material. For materials with an absolute proportion of inorganic powder that require a high melt flow rate, appropriately increasing the content of stearic acid can significantly increase the melt flow rate of the material. However, there is also a limit value for the amount of stearic acid used in the filler modified masterbatch, which is generally controlled at around 1% of the total mass. Excessive addition can lead to a decrease in the quality performance of plastic products, as well as the appearance of sticky substances in mechanical devices such as the mold lip position of plastic production equipment, affecting production efficiency and product quality.

6. Fischer-Tropsch wax

Appearance in micro beads form

Fischer-Tropsch wax is mainly composed of linear, saturated high carbon alkanes with a relative molecular weight between 500 and 1000, which endows this chemical with a fine crystal structure, high melting point, narrow melting range, low oil content, low penetration, low mobility, low melting viscosity, hardness, wear resistance, and high stability. Commonly used in the masterbatch and modified plastic industries, it has a low price but high crystallinity, which easily makes products brittle.
