The microcosmic essence of the lubrication effect is that the force between the local lubricating interface formed by the non-polar long-chain alkyl group and the polar resin chain segment is less than that between the resin chain segment,  And because there are many small pores between the resin segments, when the resin segments are displaced, the alkyl groups which can be arbitrarily deformed are squeezed into the other pores adjacent to them, thus reducing the resistance of Resin segment displacement,  It plays internal lubricant roel.

2. In hard products, the gelation rate can be increased by mixing with salt-based lead salt and lead soap. Also used for food packaging, medical devices and other requirements of non-toxic soft film and appliances. It can be used as halogen absorbent of PE and PP to eliminate the bad influence of residual catalyst on color and stability.

3. Plasticizers used in rubber processing soften natural rubber and synthetic rubber but have little effect on vulcanization. It is also used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibers and moulding materials, as a thickener for lubricating grease, as a waterproof agent for textiles, as a smoothing agent for paints, as a plasticizer in the manufacture of plastic records, lubricant for Pencil lead, food grade calcium stearateused as an anti-caking agent, etc. .

The use of Calcium stearate alone in the formulation accelerated plasticization, increased melt viscosity, increased Torque, and has a certain demoulding effect, while the use of paraffin alone showed delayed plasticization, reduced Torque, no demoulding effect. When Calcium stearate and paraffin wax (polyethylene wax) are mixed in a certain proportion, the good effect is obtained, and the material torque value can be reduced a lot. This is due to paraffin wax penetrating into the Calcium stearate molecules, which strengthens the lubrication effect, it shows a strong synergistic effect and changes the dispersion of the lubricant.
