In the process of plastic processing, there is friction between polymer solid particles, melted polymer molecules, and between the melt and the metal surface of the processing equipment, which can reduce its fluidity, reduce the discharge speed, increase processing energy consumption, and generate a large amount of heat due to friction, reducing the stability of the polymer, and bringing adverse effects on the quality of plastic products, easily causing surface roughness and loss of luster. At present, plastic processing is developing towards automation and high-speed, and this friction force is also increasing day by day. Therefore, the development and use of new and efficient lubricants are very urgent. The role of lubricants is more prominent, and the effect is more significant. For old lubricants such as stearic acid and its salts, PE wax, PP wax, OPE wax, etc., they cannot fully meet the needs of modern plastic processing industry.

The objective need for plastic modification and cost reduction has promoted the widespread application of filling materials such as calcium carbonate, talc powder, and fired pottery. However, the increase in the amount of these fillers has brought new challenges to plastic processing and product quality. In this case, selecting appropriate lubricating additives can increase the compatibility between the filler and resin, making the filler evenly dispersed throughout the entire product, without causing adverse phenomena such as seam (fisheye) and rough inner and outer surfaces. It plays a role in increasing filler, reducing resin, and improving product quality.

Oleamide (Erucylamide) is a white neutral waxy solid, which has good compatibility with resin, paraffin (Microcrystalline wax), and good dispersion of dyes, pigments and other substances. In plastic processing, it can play a role in smoothness, lubrication, demolding, anti adhesion, anti agglomeration, moisture resistance, anti-static, dispersion, and increasing the surface brightness of the product. It has good compatibility with resin and is non-toxic, without affecting the transparency and physical properties of the final product. It is an ideal new and efficient plastic processing lubricant additive.

(1) As a dispersant in the processing of polyethylene color masterbatch, its dispersion effect is higher than that of polyethylene wax and other dispersants. In polyethylene white and black masterbatches, imported diffusion oil can be replaced, and the pigment content can be increased by 10% -15%. The whiteness or blackness, smoothness, and brightness also increase accordingly, and the melt index increases, resulting in increased production and reduced costs

(2) Adding oleic acid amine to high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) film material can prevent dust from accumulating on the surface of the product, improve moisture resistance and anti-static performance, significantly reduce dynamic and static friction coefficients, achieve high linear speed extrusion, and improve the efficiency of film blowing.、
