1. Oxidized polyethylene wax

(1) High density modified wax promotes plasticization, has good thermal stability in the later period, gives good plasticization and luster to products, has a long continuous production cycle, and will increase dispersion and brightness in color masterbatch.

(2) In PVC system, low-density oxidized polyethylene wax can be plasticized in advance to reduce torque in later period. It has excellent internal and external lubrication. It can improve the dispersion of colorants, give good luster to products, and improve production efficiency.

(3) Homopolymer of oxidized polyethylene, low acid value, internal and external lubrication.

2. Polypropylene wax

Sainuo high-purity polypropylene wax, with moderate viscosity, high melting point, good lubricity and dispersion, can improve the luster of plastic products. With low melt viscosity, it is an excellent additive for polyolefin processing, with high temperature resistance and high practicability. Widely used in the manufacture of chemical fiber granules, electrostatic copy toner carrier, and ink abrasion resistant agent; LLDPE, HDPE and other polyolefin resin modifiers and energy-saving agents; It is also used for polypropylene injection molding, wire drawing release agent, etc.

3. Ethylene bis stearamide / EBS

EBS is a kind of synthetic wax with high melting point. The two polar bonds are highly balanced. Its inherent structure gives play to its unique compatibility and solubility. It can be used as the internal lubricant and external lubricant of most thermosets and thermoplastics. It is a good pigment dispersant, enabling smooth operation and improving the quality of the final product.

Sainuo EBS has low acid value, sufficient reaction, excellent heat resistance and stability in the later period, good whiteness, uniform particle size, good bright dispersion effect, and good friction resistance, meeting FDA requirements.

4. Zinc stearate

It is mainly used as lubricant and release agent for styrene resin, phenolic resin and amino resin. At the same time, it also has the function of vulcanizing active agent and softener in rubber. It can be used as a non-toxic heat stabilizer for PVC. It has good resistance to initial coloration and lubricity, and has no sulfide pollution. However, its heat stability is limited. The formed zinc chloride has catalytic degradation effect on PVC. It is generally not used alone. It is mainly used with calcium soap, barium soap and other stabilizers, mainly for soft products. It has the function of increasing the smoothness and abradability in waterborne coatings. It is an indispensable accelerator in foaming products.

Sainuo zinc stearate can inhibit initial coloring, avoid sulfide pollution, and has good lubricity, demoulding and adhesion.

5. Calcium stearate

Sainuo calcium stearate has no sulfur pollution, good long-term thermal stability, good lubrication and demoulding performance.

6. Coupling agent 6801

(1) Powder is easy to use: it can effectively shorten the mixing time, and is convenient for weight loss measurement and formula use.

(2) Product odor is light

(3) Good thermal stability: high thermal decomposition temperature, to ensure that effective ingredients continue to function in the processing process, will not be damaged in advance.

(4) Strong binding capacity: the product has stable bidirectional binding capacity to inorganic and organic materials such as calcium carbonate and polyolefin, so it shows good dispersion.

(5) Excellent lubrication performance: It has coupling, lubrication and dispersion functions, making the formula simpler. Good lubrication performance is conducive to enhancing the flow performance of materials or melts and reducing resistance.
