1. Oleic acid amide

Oleic acid amide belongs to unsaturated fatty amide. It is a white crystalline or granular solid with polycrystalline structure and odorless. It can reduce the friction between resin and other internal friction films and transmission equipment in the processing process, simplify the operation of the final product, and increase the production. For example, as a lubricant for polyethylene processing, it can reduce the melt viscosity of resin particle molding and improve the fluidity.

This product has good compatibility with resin and is stable to heat, oxygen, and ultraviolet rays. It has typical polar and non-polar molecular structures and can form a monolayer at the material interface. It has functions such as anti bonding, smoothness, slip enhancement, leveling, waterproofing, moisture resistance, anti precipitation, anti fouling, anti-static, and dispersion. It is a non-toxic, corrosion-free, and high-performance non-ionic surfactant. There are various chemical routes for preparing oleic acid amides, among which the main route is the synthesis of fatty amides through the reaction of fatty acids and ammonia, which plays a wide role in modern chemical industry.

2. Erucic acid amide

Erucic acid amide, as an important derivative of erucic acid, is an excellent fine chemical product with a wide range of applications. Because of its high melting point and good thermal stability (stable at 273 ℃), it is mainly used as anti adhesion agent and smoothing agent of various plastics and resins, excellent lubricant and antistatic agent of extruded film.

Product features: Erucic acid amide is synthesized under atmospheric pressure using erucic acid and ammonia as raw materials under the catalytic action of rare earth metal compounds. This product is a powdery or small bead shaped white colored solid, non-toxic and odorless, insoluble in water, and soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, and benzenes. The product route has undergone SGS inspection and FDA certification, and complies with the EU ROHS environmental directive. It can be used in food and drug packaging materials.

3. Difference between oleic acid amide and erucic acid amide

The main uses of erucic acid amide are smooth, anti stick and bright; Oleic acid amide is open, lubricating and anti adhesion. They have similar but different uses. If the opening is made of general plastic, such as PVC / PE, oleic acid amide is the best, with good quality and low price. However, if it is used in some high-end plastics, such as PP / TPU / BOPP, erucic acid amide is used as the opening, and the properties of erucic acid amide are better than oleic acid amide, because the stable processing performance of erucic acid amide is better than oleic acid amide and does not turn yellow and age. In addition, erucic acid amide precipitates slowly, so the long-term friction coefficient of erucic acid amide is lower than that of oleic acid amide.
