We know that oxidized polyethylene wax is an extremely efficient PVC lubricant. Upgrading on the basis of polyethylene wax to meet the requirements of higher processing difficulty for PVC products, improving plasticization and post release properties, So, which products must be added with ope wax? For example:

1. PVC transparent products, such as PVC heat shrink film. Due to the incompatibility between non polar polyethylene wax and PVC, it is not possible to produce highly transparent PVC products. Polar oxidized polyethylene wax can effectively avoid affecting transparency and improve demolding performance. But note that the addition amount must also be in moderation.

2. PVC foam products, unlike conventional solid hard PVC extrusion, have higher requirements for PVC plasticization and melt strength in the dynamic foam forming process. By adding oxidized polyethylene wax, the quality of plasticization and foaming can be improved, and the surface smoothness can be improved.

3. Extra thick PVC products, such as when producing ultra thick PVC pipes. There are higher requirements for plasticization, and ope wax can effectively improve the plasticization speed of production.

4. Extremely thin PVC products, such as PVC decorative films. In the production process, higher demolding performance is required, and oxidized polyethylene wax can effectively improve the demolding effect in the later stage.

5. PVC products that require high-speed production, such as PVC high-speed extrusion edge banding. For lubrication formulas that require better metal peeling resistance and resistance to precipitation, oxidized polyethylene wax is a very suitable late stage lubricant.

6. PVC products that require surface smoothness, such as PVC injection molded pipe fittings. Adding oxidized polyethylene wax can significantly improve the surface glossiness of pipe fittings.

7. PVC products with complex cross-sections, such as special PVC profiles. Adding oxidized wax can better control plasticization and flowability, and avoid precipitation.

8. High filling PVC products, such as SPC/WPC flooring. Oxidized wax can better improve the plasticization speed under high calcium formula, protect the screw, and extend the lifespan of the screw.

9. PVC products that require electrical performance, such as PVC wire and cable materials. Adding oxidized wax can not only improve the surface glossiness, but also effectively improve electrical performance.

10. PVC products that require printing and pasting. For example, in PVC and other light boxes and advertising materials. If only non polar polyethylene wax is used as external lubrication, it may cause polar ink and adhesive to fail to adhere, resulting in unclear ink printing and loss of adhesive strength. Adding polar oxidized polyethylene wax can not only improve mold release, but also increase the adhesion between ink and adhesive.

PVC processing is a technical activity, and in order to produce PVC products well, a balance of internal and external lubrication is essential. Selecting different lubricant combinations based on end products requires long-term, stable, and high yield production while also meeting cost requirements.
