The PVC pipe profiles produced with polyethylene wax will not have such problems, because polyethylene wax itself has a high softening point, and under high temperature conditions, polyethylene wax only turns into a liquid. If polyethylene wax has a high viscosity, its dispersibility is not very good, but its brightness is good; If the viscosity of polyethylene wax is low, its dispersibility is good and its brightness is also acceptable. Some customers prefer to use polyethylene wax with high viscosity, while others prefer to use polyethylene wax. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate polyethylene wax according to the different needs of customers.

However, special attention should be paid to pure polyethylene wax, which cannot be polyethylene wax with added impurities. The PVC pipe profiles produced by pure polyethylene wax are smoother and brighter.
