However, one issue that is overlooked is that paraffin has a low softening melting point and low dispersibility. If it encounters high temperatures during use, melting may occur. If paraffin liquefies at this time, it will naturally cause poor quality of PVC pipes, and the difference in brightness is particularly significant, Assuming that paraffin does not melt during the process, there will also be obvious stains on the PVC pipes produced. What would be the result of using PE wax?

The PVC pipe profiles produced with polyethylene wax will not have such problems, because polyethylene wax itself has a high softening point, and under high temperature conditions, polyethylene wax only turns into a liquid. If polyethylene wax has a high viscosity, its dispersibility is not very good, but its brightness is good; If the viscosity of polyethylene wax is low, its dispersibility is good and its brightness is also acceptable. Some customers prefer to use polyethylene wax with high viscosity, while others prefer to use polyethylene wax. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate polyethylene wax according to the different needs of customers.
