At present, the methods used by various manufacturers to produce cement foam fire insulation boards vary. For ordinary Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement, different cements are used to produce fire insulation boards per cubic meter, and the quality and amount of calcium stearate are different.

1. Foam stabilizer: It can effectively prevent the liquid material of fireproof insulation board from rising too high and insufficient, and maintain a fine and uniform pore size without large or small bubbles, so that the cement foam insulation board does not collapse during foaming. After foaming is completed, there are no holes or cracks in the surface of the semi-finished product.

2. Curing agent: Calcium stearate itself has a large amount of calcium ions, which can effectively increase the firm strength of the fire insulation board and prevent the fire insulation board powder from folding out. The fire insulation board produced with this product will become stronger and stronger with the chemical reaction of calcium ions in the later stage.

3. Waterproof agent: The fireproof insulation board material produced with this product does not absorb water when it comes into contact with water. It can reduce transportation costs during transportation and save manpower and material resources during installation.
