There are only slight differences in resin activity between different batches. Compared to mixed type powder coatings, pure polyphenol powder coatings are more prone to surface defects such as mixed powder loss, pinholes, and bumps or wrinkles.

If EBS is added to the system, it can significantly improve the anti-interference (inter batch mixing and loss of light), board clarity, water boiling resistance, and neutral salt spray resistance of the coating, while the outdoor aging performance of the coating remains unchanged.
