Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with plastics, good heat resistance, good mixing and easy crushing, and does not affect the performance of terminal products; It can infiltrate, disperse and stabilize the filler or pigment particles. In the process of selecting polyethylene wax, there are several necessary conditions: high thermal stability, appropriate molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and strong dispersion ability. In the production of Color Masterbatch, it not only has good compatibility and fluidity, but also has moderate viscosity, increases shear force, improves dispersion, and has excellent pigment wetting and dispersion properties. It has good wetting and dispersing effect in PE and PP masterbatch with high pigment content.
