Organic electret masterbatch and inorganic electret masterbatch:

The organic electret masterbatch is transparent in appearance, looks very beautiful, and the filter performance is good in all aspects, but it also has some shortcomings that the electrostatic field is unstable, which will cause this efficient instability. Also, the decay of the charge on the organic material will cause this rate-of-effect decay. So far, no organic material charge initiator has been able to store the charge for more than three months without decay!

When the charge initiator of inorganic material reaches 1% in the final product, its storage capacity for charge can reach more than 12 months without decay, so the inorganic electret masterbatch is still recognized as the most effective product. However, the higher the ash content of the inorganic electret masterbatch, some impurities will be generated, which requires higher equipment and requires a filtering device.

Summary：

Large machine, advanced equipment, with screen device, pursue long-term electret, use inorganic electret masterbatch;

Small machine, no filter screen device, pursuit of short and flat speed, fear of blocking the die head, use organic electret masterbatch.
