In the structure, the parts which are polar compatible with plastics act as internal lubrication, and the parts which are polar incompatible with plastics act as external lubrication and demoulding.

Polyethylene wax can be used in special processing to control the melting, even if a large amount of other ingredients can also have a good compatibility. Pe Wax is the only plastic lubricant known to have internal and external lubrication (demoulding effect) , while maintaining a high degree of transparency, almost no impact on the gelling lubricant. In addition, the low volatility of  PE wax is important for calendering and vacuum degassing.
