Solution to yellowing of PVC pipe from the point of view of technology
Generally, it turns yellow after a certain start. During the extrusion process, the PVC is heated and sheared by the screw and barrel. Improper process settings will cause the PVC to decompose to a certain extent.
Appropriately lowering the temperature of the barrel can improve the yellowing phenomenon; reduce the speed of the main engine within an appropriate range, increase the feeding ratio, reduce shearing, and make the mixing of materials in the screw groove more uniform, and the stabilizer can give full play to its effect. Reduce yellowing; improper boot method can also cause yellowing of products, restarting may solve this problem.
