1. Inhibit material degradation

PVC has a large friction heat generation characteristics of materials, materials in the processing of local overheating and degradation and lead to degradation of materials as a whole. 3. Changing the melt flow behavior

The flow behavior of melt can be changed by PVC lubricant through the action of internal and External Lubricant. The internal lubrication reduced the melt viscosity but did not affect the adhesion to the metal surface. Obviously, the stronger the internal lubrication, the higher the melt flow rate. The external lubrication reduces the adhesion of the melt to the metal surface but does not affect its viscosity, so the melt advances at the same speed.

4. Eliminate Melt Rupture

Polymer melt fracture is a flow instability phenomenon of elastic polymer melt due to adhesion and sliding alternation under high shear stress. The basic lubricating effect of PVC lubricant is to reduce the melt viscosity, elasticity and the adhesion of the melt to the metal surface of processing equipment. Therefore, the rational use of lubricants can eliminate PVC melt cracking.
