Scope of application:

1. When processing Polypropylene wire with high viscosity, adding polypropylene wax can improve Mi value, increase lubricity and fluidity, reduce flat wire breakage and improve finish. It is an ideal modifier for polyolefin melt index.

2. Polypropylene resin blending modified release agent: when a large amount of filler is added to polypropylene, injection molding is difficult, the product surface is rough, and it is not easy to demould. Adding an appropriate amount of polypropylene wax can improve the fluidity of the blend, make the materials miscible and miscible, make the product easy to demould and improve the finish of the finished product.

3. Polypropylene wax can be used as a carrier in the manufacture of toner for electrostatic copier. It plays an excellent role in lubrication, improves the melting point and moisture resistance of toner, and prevents the adhesion of copies.

4. Polypropylene wax is an energy-saving agent and process modifier for polyolefin resin processing. Adding an appropriate amount of polypropylene wax during lldde, hlpe and extrusion can reduce the host current by 10-20%, improve the extrusion speed and work efficiency. Especially in LLDPE blow molding, it can improve the appearance quality and transparency of the film and eliminate the phenomenon of shark skin.

5. Polypropylene wax is a dispersant and lubricant for the manufacture of high-temperature thermal spinning masterbatch. It can replace polypropylene wax for the manufacture of high-temperature spinning masterbatch and overcome the peculiar smell caused by sublimation of polypropylene wax during high-temperature spinning. It is especially suitable for dispersion and lubrication of special masterbatch for propylene, polyester and nylon spinning.

6. Polypropylene wax is used in the manufacture of high temperature resistant hot melt adhesive. It is a wear-resistant agent for printing ink, which can improve the wear resistance of ink, overcome wiping and improve the temperature resistance.
