2. Production method of calcium stearate.

(1) Direct method

The reaction temperature was controlled from 140 ~ 150 and the reaction time was 1.5 ~ 2.0 h after adding stearic acid and Cao in the reaction pot equipped with stirrer and thermometer, heating to melt, adding catalyst H2O2 slowly under constant stirring, and vacuuming.

(2) Multiple decomposite method

Dissolve stearic acid in 20 times the mass of hot water, add saturated caustic soda solution, and saponify at about 75 to form a dilute Sodium stearate solution. The calcium chloride solution containing 1074kgm3 was added to the Sodium stearate solution and Metathesis was carried out at about 65 °c. the product Calcium stearate out. Then it is filtered, washed and dried in about 90 to obtain the finished product.
