The dispersion process of the refined base pigment in the pigment dispersion process can be divided into three steps: wetting, refining, and stabilizing mixed dispersion after refining. Among them, the refinement of the pigment is to break the agglomerate particles, which mainly depends on the free movement between the pigment particles (impact stress) and the stress (shear stress) of the pigment agglomerates through the surrounding medium.
